Eastman's robust automated and manually-operated cutting and marking systems can cut, or mark almost any pliable material including industrial fabrics; composite materials in both dry and prepreg form; apparel fabrics, furniture, carpet and much more.

To demonstrate Eastman's cutting system capabilities and to quantify how much production will increase while decreasing labor costs, Eastman offers a free test-cut evaluation and time study analysis. By forwarding a sample of your materials and patterns, Eastman can test and determine which cutting solution best fits your needs. If you are a candidate for automated cutting, the evaluation will include a detailed analysis of the improved material efficiency, cut speed and overall cut time expected from our system recommendation. Eastman will provide supporting documentation and actual cut pieces for your assessment and review; along with a detailed report on the equipment, tools and cutting parameters used.
